Unable to create and edit an Event Definition

1. Create a rule with the Wizard
2. Go to Alerts -> Event Definition, find the rule and click on Edit (you can also access this page from the Wizard)
3. Click on the tab "Filter & Aggregation"
4. An error page is displayed saying:

f.useCondition is not a function

The same issue happens when you try to create an Event Definition:

1. Go to Alerts -> Event Definitions
2. Click on the button "Create event definition"
3. Click on the "Condition" tab

Fix plugin definition:

• graylog-plugin-correlation-count
• graylog-plugin-logging-alert

It seems these 2 other plugins latest versions are not included in the latest Wizard version.
Because with Wizard 7.1.1 it loads v7.0.0 of these two plugins.

The Wizard must always include the latest version of other plugins.
