As devops, I want to deploy Zilla Plus for Confluent Cloud using Terraform template generated via CDKTF.

Acceptance criteria

• Support REST and SSE endpoints for specific Kafka topics
• Dynamic support for optional CloudWatch Logs and Metrics
• Dynamic support for optional Confluent Schema Registry
• Dynamic support for optional SSH key (SSH key not required as we support AWS Systems Manager)
