Requirements

Python 3.x

Installation

Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/JoyBuoy/Automated-Student-Report-Generator-with-Data-Visualization.git

Install the required libraries:

pip install pandas matplotlib reportlab

Set up the file paths:

excel_file_path: Path to the Excel file containing student marks.
output_folder_plot: Path to the folder where plots will be saved.
student_photos: Path to the folder containing student photos.
report_folder: Path to the folder where student reports will be saved.

Usage

• Update the file paths in the script according to your system.

• Run the script:

  python index.py
  

The script will

• Calculate final grades based on specified weightages.
• Generate individual reports for each student in PDF format.
• Create bar plots comparing student marks to class averages.
