feat(riven): add search/sort/filter and colored per-mod display to Rivens tab

Positive/negative modifiers now render one per line in green/red instead of
a single comma-joined string, with fixed-width columns so Polarity lines up
across every weapon group. Adds weapon-name search, a type filter, an
Alphabetical/Price sort, and a Useless/Good filter (tied to the existing
15-plat worthless threshold), backed by a new bulk historical-price fetch
from warframestat.us that avoids hitting warframe.market per weapon just to
sort or filter.
