This PR fixes two issues while creating an "RML MCP Server".

  • Fixes incorrect final outputs when the model returns FINAL_VAR(...) by resolving the variable value inside the active REPL before returning (rlm/core/rlm.py).
  • Fixes Python 3.11 TypeError: isinstance() argument 2 cannot be a parameterized generic by removing parameterized generics / PEP604 unions from isinstance(...) checks (rlm/core/types.py, rlm/utils/parsing.py).
  • Makes QueryMetadata handle structured dict/list prompts (non-string values, empty lists) so tool integrations can pass structured context safely (rlm/core/types.py).
