New platform support

  • Linux ARM64 and macOS ARM64: NEON.
  • macOS x86_64: runtime AVX2/AVX-512 dispatch.
  • Android arm64-v8a and iOS ARM64: NEON.

Changes

  • Enable RaBitQ for these targets in CMake, accept NEON in DB schema validation and test gating, and update platform diagnostics.
  • Link DB tests with zvec_core and force-load its registrations to avoid duplicate core RTTI identities in the test process.
  • Add RaBitQ test-target builds to Android ARM64 and iOS CI.

Verification

  • macOS ARM64: unittest.hnsw_rabitq_streamer_test (9 passed), unittest.ivf_rabitq_streamer_test (24 passed).
  • macOS ARM64: unittest.schema_test (41 passed), unittest.vector_column_indexer_test (15 passed).
  • clang-format -n --Werror, YAML parse, and git diff --check passed.
