test: add a CPython differential oracle and wire up abs/min/max
Add a differential-test harness that runs a shared corpus through the simulator and real CPython, classifying each case as parity (must agree) or drift (a known divergence being repaired). Add the abs/min/max builtins to the call evaluator so the parity cases pass, and pin the numpy/pandas versions the oracle installs.

# Pins for the CPython differential oracle (tests/differential/oracle.py).
2+
# The current corpus uses only the standard library; numpy/pandas are pinned
3+
# here ahead of the data-library differential cases (Phases 1 and 7) so that
4+
# CI installs are reproducible and the CoW teaching targets a fixed release.
5+
#
6+
# Versions chosen for Python >= 3.12 compatibility:
7+
# numpy 2.1.x — current stable 2.x line, full 3.12 support.
8+
# pandas 2.2.x — Copy-on-Write is available in this line as an opt-in
9+
# (pd.set_option("mode.copy_on_write", True)). When pandas 3.x reaches
10+
# GA with CoW enabled by default, bump this pin and drop the option in
11+
# the test fixtures; the engine's column-block + CoW model (Phase 7) is
12+
# what keeps the two in agreement at that point.
