Allow Contributers to Use OAuth When Creating/Loggin-into Their Account

As someone with way too many accounts to manage as it is, I would love to be able to use my GitHub or Google account to login to the ATL Wiki.

OAuth would not only increase the usability of the wiki accounts, but it would also increase the security of its users.

With OAuth, it would also be possible to allow contributors to choose to display certain details from those existing accounts (such as profile image, github link, etc.).
