R CMD check --as-cran --no-manual passes with:

0 errors | 0 warnings | 4 notes

Notes

  • New submission. The CRAN incoming feasibility check also flags the DESCRIPTION/man/rsofuncpp-package.Rd URLs (https://github.com/alrobles/rsofuncpp and https://github.com/alrobles/rsofuncpp/issues) as returning 404. This is because the repository is private in the local test environment; it will be public before CRAN release and the URLs are otherwise correct.
  • Suggested package not available for checking: BayesianTools is an optional dependency used only when calib_sofun(..., method = "BayesianTools") is requested. It is available from CRAN and will be present in CRAN's check environment; the local test environment uses an older R toolchain that cannot build its current dependency chain.
  • GNU make: SystemRequirements already lists GNU make because the package uses src/Makevars with GNU-make conditionals.
  • Time verification: The unable to verify current time note is an environment artefact of the local container and does not affect the package.
