Improve template field guidance, drawer UX, and language coverage

What changed

• added template field support metadata and in-editor guidance so each field can show when a selected template will not render it
• updated multiple signature templates to actually use more of the available data, including pronouns, department, address, phone, logo, and photo where it makes sense
• improved the compact editor with side drawers, sticky in-drawer close buttons, and cleaner mobile behavior
• expanded locale coverage with additional important languages and verified localized routes
• extended end-to-end coverage for template-field guidance, pronoun rendering, and locale navigation

Why

Some fields were configurable but did not visibly affect the chosen signature, which made the editor feel inconsistent. On smaller screens, the side panels also needed a clearer open/close flow so users could keep the preview centered and still access controls quickly.

Impact

• users now get immediate feedback when a template ignores a field
• more templates now render the extra data users provide instead of silently dropping it
• mobile editing is easier because drawers can be opened from the sides and closed from a sticky top control
• the language picker now covers more globally important languages
