This is merely a branch to update a few documentation files that no longer applies while we discuss an alternative (and modern approach) to docs at #3776.

The site/ documentation isn't really maintained anymore. I've been trying to figure out if I should keep it up to date with the docs/ documentation. The site/ version is outdated and uses a library to publish a web version of the docs, yet has never actually published them in that way, as far as I can tell.

My investigations have led me to believe it was an abandoned idea. Perhaps you can help me to decide whether it's worth keeping/maintaining or not.

Ideally, I'd love a system similar to what the Angular docs do, where you can select the docs for previous versions of the library.

@armando-navarro As I pointed out, I made an alternative as proof-of-concept at the discussion AngularFire Docs - What Needs Updating? #3776

Just in case you missed it, the site is: https://angularfire-docs.vercel.app/

I need to update the "Vertex AI" section with the proper API and add the newly pipelines as well.
