ci: run integration linker test in scheduled ci (#33958)

Replaces the obsolete `test-linker-aot` and `test-linker-jit` scripts in `linker_snapshot_tests` with `//integration/linker:linker`, matching commit 63e3c4a which removed the partial-compilation linker flags and superseded those scripts with the integration linker test.
