Cannot set state externally

The wheel only updates if it is spun, if I for example set the selected time by other means (not by spinning the wheel), it will not update. Would it be possible for you to make it so if the selected time is set from a button or something else it automatically scrolls to that value?

I actually did it on purpose because i found some unpredicted behaviour, I'll try to fix it if possible
