Problem

A few files in packages/opencode/src aren't imported or loaded anywhere anymore, so they just sit there.

Change

I deleted them. No other code changes.

I grepped the whole repo (including web, app, sdk, tui, the ./* export in package.json, and .txt imports) and found no references. The util/signal imports in packages/tui point at tui's own file.

Out of scope

session/message.ts stays since packages/web imports it.
