Looks good. This is a docs-only change: the new sentence fits the "Usage beyond limits" section, and nothing else in the console docs contradicts it (billing.mdx describes Extra Usage as something you turn on, without saying what it starts as for any plan). Public API unchanged.

Go Teams now starts with Extra Usage on (anomalyco/opencode-console#4642); Go and Go Plus still start with it off. Adds one sentence to the Go page's "Usage beyond limits" section saying so, and that it can be turned off or on again on the Go page.
