If you normally did not charge from grid the best option that I found is
The tear of inverter by writing data to it is not clear, quick charge is on memory only option. To stop discharging you should use higher values on the on-grid-cut-off not lower. If you can put the value lower than 10 on the web management then you should create an issue confirming this to be changed on the integration, most of the parameters are defined from Luxpower docs, but there are some differences from from is written in docs and what really happens on the inverters. |

I am looking for a clean way to temporarily stop my battery from discharging*.
Is there an "official" way? The best way I have found is to set number.lxb_battery_lxb_on_grid_cut_off_soc to 90% temporarily. The issue with that is that he integration as written has a minimum number.lxb_battery_lxb_on_grid_cut_off_soc of 10 and my batteries are designed (and sold!) to go way lower. I can change the entity_descriptions/number_types.py file but that will not survive updates of course.
Is there a better way?
Should I raise this as an issue?
Thanks for this integration! I was on the old luxpower one for years and moved over a few months ago and it has worked flawlessly.
