closer.lua visual artifact and spurious skip to main content

I was checking the mirror page for Fineract's latest release ( https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua/fineract/1.15.0/apache-fineract-bin-1.15.0.tar.gz ) and I'm seeing a couple issues:

1. there's a visual artifact right under/behind the COMMUNITY dropdown. Looks like the new logo ( https://www.apache.org/img/asf-estd-1999-logo.jpg ) is hiding behind the top banner
2. when I click "Skip to Main Content", I don't navigate to the main content of the same page, I end up on another page ( https://www.apache.org/#maincontent ). I think the idea behind a "Skip to Main Content" a11y shortcut is to skip to the main content of the same page. In this case I'm not even sure a "Skip to Main Content" link is helpful/necessary

This repros in both latest Firefox and latest Chromium (both running on 64-bit Ubuntu 24.04 LTS desktop).

I'm not sure what you're referring to with that link. That's a different repo from the asf website.

It appears to be the source code for closer.lua/closer.html.

If this isn't the right place for this issue, do you know what is?

AFAICT, the page is generated by closer.lua [1] which I assume is the responsibility of Infra, rather than M&P
