The unit and integration tests each had their own README. They're merged into one tests/README.md with a section per level, and CONTRIBUTING.md links to it. This follows the same structure as Crawlee's tests/README.md on its v2 branch and the SDK's in apify/apify-sdk-python#1236.

The content stays the same, plus the command to run each level.
