feat: add support for Python 3.15 (#2294)

Adds Python 3.15 to the lint, type check and unit test matrices, uploads
unit test coverage from 3.15, and adds the 3.15 classifier.

`lupa` has no cp315 wheels yet and does not build on Windows, so Windows
+ 3.15 installs `fakeredis` without the `lua` extra, and the Redis RQ
tests skip when `lupa` is missing. Restoring it is tracked in #2326.
