BREAKING CHANGE: The minimum supported Python version is 3.11. `Event` is now a `StrEnum`, so `str()` on a member returns its value.

First cleanup PR for v2. Python 3.10 reached end of life on 2026-10-04, so Crawlee v2 requires Python 3.11 or newer. - Bumps `requires-python` to `>=3.11` in the package and in the project template, updates the classifiers, the ty target and the CI matrix, and regenerates `uv.lock`. - Applies the ruff fixes the new target enables: `datetime.UTC`, builtin `TimeoutError`, and `typing` imports of `Self` / `NotRequired`. `Event` becomes a `StrEnum`, so `str(Event.X)` returns the value. - Removes the 3.11 skips and the `_restore_crawlers_binding` fixture, which only existed for 3.10. - Adds an "Upgrading to v2" page and updates the Python version in the README and docs. The `apify_client<3.0.0` dev pin and the `async-timeout` dependency (#2052) will go in separate PRs. Closes: #1721 *✍️ Drafted by Claude Code*

….10 (#2409) The integration-test job that #2407 added on `master` runs on the oldest and newest supported Python, which on `master` is 3.10 and 3.15. Rebasing `v2` onto `master` carried the job over unchanged, but `v2` dropped Python 3.10 (#2295), so the 3.10 jobs fail at install on every PR into `v2` (for example #2402). The matrix now uses 3.11, the oldest version `v2` supports, and 3.15. *✍️ Drafted by Claude Code*

…2408) Rebasing `v2` onto `master` combined `v2`'s changes with `master`'s docs restructure (#2197). Four references ended up pointing at pages or ids that no longer exist, and the Docusaurus build fails on them: - `website/sidebars.js` lists `concepts/storage-clients`, which #2362 renamed to `storage-backends`. The build stops on the invalid sidebar id. - The Events concept page links `enum/Event`, but `Event` is a `StrEnum` in v2 (#2295), so its API page is `class/Event`. - The v1 upgrading guide links `../concepts/storage-clients`. - The v2 upgrading guide links `../guides/proxy-management`, `../guides/scaling-crawlers` and `../guides/request-loaders`, which now live under `../concepts/`. The anchors they point at exist on the concept pages. - The Events and Configuration concept pages say that `Snapshotter` drives autoscaling and link its API page. In v2, `Snapshotter` is private and has no API page. The CPU and memory load signals listen to the system info events, and the crawler builds its default `ConcurrencySystem` from its configuration. The pages now say that and link those classes. The site build doesn't check API links, so it didn't flag these. PR CI doesn't build the site, so only the docs release would catch these. With this change, `pnpm build` passes locally. The remaining broken-anchor warnings come from the frozen 0.6 API reference and from a `Request#user_data` link that `master` has too. *✍️ Drafted by Claude Code*
