Update Drupal core patches for Drupal 11 compatibility

Closes #99

Updates outdated Drupal 9/10 core patch URLs in composer.json to their official Drupal 11 compatible versions to resolve patch application failures during
project creation on Drupal 11.4+.

### Changes
1. **Teams validation fix (#470 / Issue #3210319)**:
   * Updated to `https://git.drupalcode.org/project/drupal/-/merge_requests/13450.diff`
2. **Status messages theming (Issue #3456176)**:
   * Updated to `https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2025-06-20/3456176-138-missing-status-messages-theme-suggestions.patch`

### Testing
* Verified all patches apply cleanly on Drupal Core 11.4.
