Summary
Add a synthetic web-provider regression test for a root provider whose bounding rectangle extends beyond the viewport. On the frozen pre-fix source, the off-screen distances inflated the insets; current
mainalready clamps them in #776. This test preserves that behavior without changing runtime code. Related: #790.Test Plan
