Capture command or parent action, output, exit status or native terminal state, and a second read of persistent changes. A path not exercised is unverified even if another entry point passed. Map entries are a starter set, not exhaustive coverage: watch-pr, plan checking, worktree auditing, and all review panels need their own recipes when changed. One CLI smoke validates the generated skill's harness; it does not validate all features or approve a release.

The workflow recipes name the changed prompt paths; a listed recipe is a coverage plan until its installed-host action and result are retained.

## 1.15.0 adopts goal restatement and concise visual catch-up

11+
Adds manual `in-your-own-words` goal restatement and a short, read-only `ketchup` catch-up with small grounded visuals. Keeps actual-human anchoring, pending decisions, explicit UI authorization and evidence gaps. Adds the proposal of a cheap always-on signal after a deep debugging investigation.
12+
13+
Shortens engineering prompts while preserving provider routing, completed-worker handoffs, meaningful negative tests and portable transcript evidence. Updates paged review-state aggregation, fenced-plan validation, scoped worktree auditing and verification-skill readiness from empty data, including missing-seed failures.
14+
15+
Real Codex and Claude checks exercise the changed contracts; PR #118 records exact-package evidence and limits. Generated analysis remains subject to the recorded wording and attribution caveats. Same-model fixtures do not establish provider diversity, the architecture run does not prove blind candidate evaluation, and stand-in readiness checks do not verify broader target setup. Claude's protected skill-directory write required an authorized parent installation before its generated skill was invoked and driven. Existing supported manifests remain in place while additional root-format discovery is deferred.

The port changes Cursor-specific tools, paths, and harness instructions for Claude Code and Codex. The [upstream maintenance guide](https://github.com/arjitj2/open-pstack/blob/main/UPSTREAM.md#port-adaptations) describes those adaptations.

Port-authored work includes the plugin and marketplace manifests, Codex tool mapping, native Claude agent definitions, setup and provider integrations, tests, and repository documentation. The standalone `babysit` skill is informed by Cursor's public behavior without copying its implementation or prose. The SessionStart hook is port-authored except for the attributed Superpowers launcher above.

The standalone `babysit` skill is informed by Cursor's public behavior without copying its implementation or prose. The SessionStart hook is port-authored except for the attributed Superpowers launcher above. This distribution adapts Cursor's `ketchup` skill with Codex manual-invocation metadata, automated-event exclusions, and portable read-only status checks. The `in-your-own-words` skill retains manual invocation in both hosts.

Further Cursor adaptations preserve parent-owned delegation, grounded in-reply comparisons, usable application readiness, paged review-state aggregation, and portable plan and worktree audit checks. This port adds fail-closed pagination guards and explicit transcript scoping.

The table records the packaged version on `main` and the Cursor content it incorporates, minus the exclusions below. Detecting or reviewing a newer Cursor commit does not advance this baseline. Cursor's version identifies the imported content. The open-pstack version identifies the cross-harness package, and its numbers are independent of Cursor and Eric's port.

- The `4e5b1cf` help workflow uses this distribution’s owning documents, namespaced invocation, native/external routes, and host startup controls. Cursor Custom Modes, excluded `make-bot-ui`, and Cursor-only guide edits are not applied.
2929
- The `2cbf585` guide-only refresh stays upstream; this distribution links Lauren's guide and keeps portable prompting guidance in `poteto-help`.
3030
- The `df58112` model and effort changes are excluded. This distribution retains Sol as a first-run family, its existing provider-qualified panel and role defaults, and confirmed budget ceilings that do not raise lower saved efforts. Cursor's model availability and two-model panel do not define access in Codex or Claude Code. Its accompanying panel-count prose, test fixture rename, and guide edits stay with that excluded model change; neutral help wording is retained.
31+
- The `e5a02f8` Agent Plugins v1 root manifest is deferred until its new-format discovery is validated. Existing tested Codex and Claude manifests remain the supported package entry points; this is not a claim that either host is incompatible with the additional format.
32+
- The `b93e811` fallback search through Cursor plugin caches is replaced by the parent supplying its active installed skill path and bundled sibling-leaf paths. Choosing the highest cached version could select an unverified candidate. Cursor-only menu wording and already-absent ignored frontmatter need no separate portable mechanism.
33+
- Cursor version-only changes retain this distribution's independent release numbering. `ketchup` keeps current-chat anchoring, read-only status checks, explicit UI authorization and evidence/proposal distinctions while adopting the short small-visual format. Goal restatement is manual-only in both hosts.
3134
- The Claude manifest does not take the logo field from `efa2a53` because Claude Code has no schema for it. The Codex manifest exposes the shared asset instead.

Earlier exclusions include Cursor's Benny automation, tutorial and sticky-mode UI, Cursor-only agent metadata, and Team Kit tools covered by host built-ins or bundled skills.
