Adopt Cursor 0.15.25 Ketchup media and explanation updates

Catch up with Cursor Pstack0.15.25 so Ketchup explains changes with existing media and useful diagrams, while keeping the shared Codex/Claude workflow read-only and grounded.

• Pictures lead; summaries use bullets instead of status-only boxes. Action items remain plain grouped bullets, and choices use a visual only when the options are not already pictured.
• The prose limit excludes visuals and counts tables. Missing screenshots and unknown mechanisms remain explicit; no UI capture, provider substitution or workflow authority is added.
• Updates source provenance and the independent patch version to1.16.1 under the approved autonomous catch-up policy. Cursor checkpoint is 6ce45c59b9301a638c1fe1a7b8dc2a82b650898f.

Validation against package-identical final head a109e14c31837d9e603147d832bbd71a48780f5b (package e310df29a6a4990c4c2045af73b0ea45281dc73b): all950tests pass serially; strict typechecking, static invariants, plugin validation, documentation and45-entryledger checks pass. Both dedicated installed candidates match all233packaged files. Codex loaded its installed skill and Claude actually called the registered Skill tool. Both exercised corrected supplied-media/missing-media/choice/action cases and passed final Autopilot formatting-only cases. The observed structure and grouped actions match the change; one Claude reply repeats an option detail despite the explicit rule. That response-quality limit is retained, not presented as universal compliance.

First responses used tables for choices; those failed outputs are retained. Explicit visual and grouped-action wording corrected the cases. Ketchup’s passing exact contract hashes carry across the final attribution-only package change. The actual personal installation, assignments and Claude state remain unchanged until intentional rollout.

Limits: supplied current-chat digests exercise formatting and grounding, not full native-history reconstruction. Existing diagram embedding was checked in native response markup; no screenshot capture, frontend rendering or video playback is claimed. Existing human-anchor, routing and permission contracts are unchanged. Independent Opus source review and native exact-head shipping verification pass with notes. Exact-head CI passes at a109e14c31837d9e603147d832bbd71a48780f5b (run).

All 233 package files match both dedicated installations; the final provenance-only commit leaves the package tree e310df29a6a4990c4c2045af73b0ea45281dc73b unchanged. All 950 serial tests, strict checks and exact-head CI pass. Both native Ketchup and Autopilot cases are terminal and read-only.

Retained limits include supplied chat digests and diagram markup rather than live frontend/video proof, first table-choice responses retained as failed cases, and one Claude reply repeating option details despite the explicit source rule. These are qualified response/evidence limits, not a universal wording guarantee. Model assignments, spending policy, fallback chains and personal installation remain unchanged pending intentional rollout.

Routine Cursor patch 0.15.24→0.15.25 maps to approved autonomous distribution patch 1.16.1. Parent will merge with the expected-head guard, publish an immutable checkpoint and verify local Codex package files. Copilot requests produced no persisted review/request and are not counted as approval.
