Shorten review and coordination guidance - #149

Independent exact-head review verdicts for The parent accepts the notes with these limits. The supplied cases contain explicit expectations and have no no-skill baseline. They show the hosts can apply the loaded text, not that these edits caused an improvement or guarantee future behavior. All 237 instruction/runtime contracts remain identical through the final NOTICE-only change. Both copies have all 238 final files, but this is not a fresh final-head installer transaction. No full live Swarm, review panel, provider recovery, runtime ID construction, exhaustive-union test or completed migration is claimed. Exact-head Linux CI completed successfully with 993 passes, five platform skips and no failures. Both local full runs failed. The Node 24 run retained 13 failures and 11 additional errors. Issue #141 records that separate work. No runtime, test source or budgets changed. The Opus review inspected its reserved output files before its own terminal result. Their earlier emptiness was not a separate failed review. Its terminal receipt is now complete with a verified Opus 5.5 report. The parent and shipping verifier separately rechecked all 238 personal package files. They match captured 1.17.2. Personal models and Claude files also match. The Opus reviewer reported an unassigned temporary script write. The parent inspected and preserved that read-only hashing script without executing it. This is a recorded contract deviation. It did not change the repository or personal package. The legacy worker contract remains prompt guidance, not OS confinement. No replay or permission bypass occurred. Copilot requests produced no persisted review or request. No Copilot approval is claimed. The parent accepts the independently passing scoped verdicts and owns final guards, merge, immutable release, verified Codex rollout and issue #148 closure. |

Release v1.17.3 is published at The package tree matches the reviewed candidate. Codex is enabled on 1.17.3, and all 238 installed files match the release. The unpinned fork source and personal model assignments are preserved. Other plugin registrations and captured Claude files are unchanged. Issue #148 is closed. Issue #141 remains open for the separate local test failures. Monitor #1 continues every six hours. |
Closes #148
What changed
Adopts Cursor
99743e9in the shared Codex and Claude skills. It removes repeated instructions from Swarm, the migration and type principles, and Interrogate's lead reference. The judgment reference no longer suggests a five-finding limit. Portable metadata, provider behavior and saved model policy are unchanged.Cursor remains on 0.15.25. The catch-up policy maps this content update to patch 1.17.3.
Verification
431c175; only NOTICE provenance changed at final headaeb2676, retaining proof by exact unchanged-file hashes. The controls retain six reproduced defects, distinguish internal migration from external compatibility, reject the wrong semantic ID, and report incomplete synthetic coverage. They do not prove full panels, live Swarm execution, real recovery, automatic skill selection, runtime ID construction, or a completed migration. The final metadata update was rehashed in existing dedicated installations rather than tested through a fresh installer transaction.
Both local suite attempts failed. The first used broken Node 25; the Node 24 run had 13 failures in unchanged timing-sensitive fixtures. Logs are retained and #141 remains separate. Tests and budgets were not changed. Independent Opus 5.5 source review and native shipping verification both returned PASS+NOTES for exact head
aeb2676. Copilot requests produced no persisted review or request, so no public approval is claimed.Documentation impact
The verification recipe, UPSTREAM.md, CHANGELOG.md, NOTICE.md and source ledger record this update. Personal models, Codex source, and Claude state are preserved. Related monitor #1.
