Size the header mark against the heading beside it

40px is what a centred, stacked header has room for. In the left-aligned one
the mark sat twice the height of the word next to it, which reads as a logo
dropped on the page rather than one belonging to the title. 1.6em, and the
title row centres its children so the mark, the heading and the button share
a line instead of each finding its own.
