[Discussion] `Raise` + KotlinX Coroutines + Arrow Fx

I think there is two options:

• Have separate document covering how things compose, and what are some edge-cases
• Or include a section in every Arrow Fx data type / function on how it behaves with Raise & KotlinX Coroutines?

Everything is consistent, and straight forward but we should still clearly document it.

I've left some space in #42 for this information. My proposal is to start writing there, and if it grows too large, see what to do with it.
