Mostly non-technical, on a laptop or phone, in a hurry, slightly annoyed. Secondary: privacy-conscious people who refuse to upload personal video to random "free online compressor" sites.

- Quick trim + shrink of a phone video before sharing.
- Batch-shrink a few clips. All of it must work with zero uploading and zero sign-up; the file never leaves the device.
