Habiqua Student Hub is a modern accommodation discovery and property management platform built to simplify the rental experience for students while providing property owners with an efficient way to manage listings and inquiries.
The project was conceptualized after observing that students often rely on scattered social media posts, local brokers, and word-of-mouth recommendations to find suitable hostels, PGs, and rental rooms. At the same time, property owners lack a centralized system to showcase available accommodations and efficiently manage inquiries.
Habiqua bridges this gap by providing a unified platform where students can discover verified accommodations, compare options, communicate with owners, and manage bookings through an intuitive digital experience.
