chore: remove orphaned Amazon Q artifacts

Amazon Q was removed from the codebase (documented in
ai-provider-agnosticism.md) due to qterm hijacking shell sessions
and breaking tmux. All related configuration and tooling files are
now orphaned artifacts.

Removed files:
- AmazonQ.md (broken symlink to deleted AI-RULES.md)
- .amazonq/global_context.json (config for removed provider)
- bin/add-amazonq (script to create AmazonQ.md files)
- templates/AmazonQ.md.template (template for removed provider)
- mcp/tests/AmazonQ.md (test instructions for unused tool)
- utils/configure-amazonq.sh (configuration script)

Total cleanup: 175 lines across 6 files/directories

Principle: subtraction-creates-value (removing complexity that
served its purpose)
