I set a border and shape on hotkey popup but the border doesnt render until i open it for the second time, this seems to be bound to the configuration of hotkeys (as in, custom hotkeys) and after the second time the border renders perfectly, so if i open it focusing on an app with no defined hotkeys twice then on that and any other apps with no defined hotkeys, it works fine
same happens with notifications, except the same notification cant be spawned twice (which was the main reason i created this issue)
the only reason the borders are slightly visible is because of the rounded shape, without it the border are invisible
