Feature request: Ability to configure the deadline_render_settings.json

Describe the problem

The submitter creates a deadline_render_settings.json file in the same directory as the scene. This creates clutter for artists and many are spending time deleting these files after every submission.

Proposed Solution

We should save these settings to a different directory. Or have an option for disabling the sticky settings.

Example Use Cases

Customer is very strict about their project file hygiene and doesn't want random jsons appearing in there.

Current Workaround

Manually delete the json after each submission.
