• Match the service's exact Invalid checkpoint token error prefix so a stale checkpoint token is retried on the next invocation instead of surfacing as a non-retryable execution failure. (fix: match invalid checkpoint token casing #723, fixes [Bug]: Invalid checkpoint token misclassified as execution failure (message case mismatch) #721)
• Remove idle waits from checkpoint batching. A synchronous checkpoint no longer blocks the collector for up to 100 ms on an empty queue; on Lambda at 1024 MB, 1000 sequential steps drop from ~142 ms to ~41 ms per step, and coordinator refreshes are now scheduled at their known end time so waves resume sooner (~89–104 ms after end time instead of ~288–303 ms).
