Contributors and maintainers of internal-admin are committed to keeping this project a respectful, constructive environment for everyone — regardless of experience level, background, or identity.
This is a technical infrastructure project. Participation here is a professional activity. This code of conduct reflects that.
Expected behavior:
- Communicate with clarity and respect.
- Accept technical criticism of your work without taking it personally.
- Offer specific, actionable feedback rather than general disapproval.
- Acknowledge when you are wrong or have been corrected.
- Keep discussions focused on the technical matter at hand.
- Be patient with contributors who are learning.
Unacceptable behavior:
- Insults, personal attacks, or dismissive language directed at a person.
- Harassment in any form, public or private.
- Discriminatory language or behavior based on age, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or similar characteristics.
- Publishing someone's private information without their consent.
- Sustained disruption of discussions or reviews.
- Misrepresenting someone's technical position to make it easier to attack.
This code of conduct applies within all project spaces: GitHub issues, pull requests, code review comments, and any other communication directly related to this project.
It does not govern what people do or say in unrelated contexts.
Maintainers are responsible for clarifying these standards and for taking appropriate action when they are violated.
Instances of unacceptable behavior may be reported by contacting the project maintainers directly. All reports will be treated as confidential.
When a violation is confirmed, maintainers may take any action they consider appropriate — including issuing a warning, removing a comment, closing a thread, or removing a contributor from the project.
Maintainers who do not enforce this code of conduct in good faith may face similar consequences as determined by other project members.
The goal of this document is not to create a lengthy list of rules. It is to establish a clear, shared expectation: contributions here are evaluated on their technical merit, discussions are conducted professionally, and everyone involved is treated with basic respect.
This code of conduct is adapted from the Contributor Covenant, version 2.1.
