Many projects keep standing instructions for agents in an
AGENTS.mddocument in Docs & Files. These cover board meanings, routing, tone and authority.basecamp-connectalready reads that document. The generalbasecampskill didn't, so an agent posting outside the connector never saw it.This adds a short section to
