Review effort: Balanced
Stamps v0.19.0 into nix/package.nix and both plugin.json files. The v0.19.0 tag follows once this merges, so
release.shfinds nothing to commit and pushes only the tag.v0.19.0 carries everything merged since v0.18.1: #967 (basecamp-sdk v0.29.1, so the connector renews its event stream in band instead of reconnecting hourly once bc3 advertises a stream deadline, and logs each renewal) and #965 (modernc.org/sqlite 1.61.0). A minor bump: in-band stream renewal is a new connector capability, and the SDK it rides on moved a minor version.
go.mod and go.sum changed since v0.18.1, but #967 already refreshed the vendorHash ("Nix flake builds" is green on its head, 177b625, whose tree is main's 602d6c1), so only the version moves.
