Warning related to rules_android

When building my project I get the following warning:
WARNING: Couldn't auto load rules or symbols, because no dependency on module/repository 'rules_android' found. This will result in a failure if there's a reference to those rules or symbols.

Why do I get it?
and how to solve it?

Can you try to use Google search for the error message first?

Yes.
The solution for me was to use Bazel 8.0.1 RC1 as per #23929
