Contract checks for every script under pipeline/.

unit/: main() guards, dry-run wrapper coverage, manifest parity.
dryrun/: compile-only by default; set IRB_DRYRUN_EXECUTE_MODE=1 for safe execute-mode wrappers listed in dryrun/manifest.json.
