πŸ’‘ What
Refactored vibe-check-runner.js to execute generation and analysis phases concurrently using Promise.all while preserving sequential Git operations, improved I/O by replacing synchronous existence checks with asynchronous ones, and ensured safety during parallel AST generation.

🎯 Why
The previous execution model processed the entire pipeline sequentially for every file, creating significant bottlenecks when processing large volumes of modified documentation. Furthermore, using fs.existsSync inside an asynchronous event loop is an I/O anti-pattern that blocks concurrent promises.

βœ… Verification

  • Syntax Validation: node -c vibe-check-runner.js passes.
  • Local Integrity: python3 commit_verify.py completes without error.
  • Git Diff: Verified strict adherence to user-defined constants ([chore: benchmark-sync] and violation-report.md).
  • Review: Addressed code review feedback directly.

This commit implements a more robust and optimized workflow for `vibe-check-runner.js`.

- Concurrency Implementation: Shifted from a sequential iteration over files to processing `syncBenchmarks`, AI generation, and AST analysis concurrently via `Promise.all`, grouped by technology to prevent conflicts.
- Sequential Side-Effects: Ensured stateful and risky operations, specifically Git status checks and push operations, continue to run sequentially after all analysis is complete.
- I/O Refactoring: Replaced all blocking `fs.existsSync` calls inside asynchronous loops with the asynchronous `await fileOrDirExists` helper to prevent blocking the Node.js event loop.
- AST Integrity: Utilized full base64 encoding of file paths to generate globally unique temporary `.ts` files for TS-Morph AST evaluations, mitigating any collision risks during parallel execution.
- Maintainer Alignment: Ensured strict adherence to constraints: Fidelity Pass commit message remains exactly `[chore: benchmark-sync]` and violation reports generate explicitly as `violation-report.md`.
