This PR standardizes the Design UI documentation to meet the strict architectural formatting rules required for the repository's machine-readable knowledge base.

Changes include:

  1. Cross-Linking: Added orphaned UI design files (accessibility.md, component-architecture.md, responsive-design.md) to the main _sidebar.md index.
  2. Visual Scannability: Injected Mermaid diagrams (flowchart TD, graph LR) representing element selection logic, layout scaling, and token inheritance logic.
  3. Pattern Enforcement: Added mandatory emoji-prefixed H3 structural headers before all Bad Practice sections to maintain the strict four-step cycle.
  4. Knowledge Deep-Dives: Appended comprehensive 'Under the Hood' sections detailing browser mechanics (DOM accessibility mapping, VDOM reconciliation, CSSOM evaluation, and CSS variable resolution) to improve AI agent parsing accuracy and technical depth.
