- Change `vibe-check-runner.js` passing commit message to `[chore: fidelity-pass]`
- Ensure temporary files in `vibe-check-runner.js` use unique names (`temp_${tech}_${file.replace(/\//g, '_')}.ts`) to avoid overwriting files when parsing AST
