💡 What: Added a new animation-performance.md documentation module, injected mapped Mermaid visuals across existing Design UI docs (accessibility.md, responsive-design.md, styling.md, component-architecture.md), and automated alphabetization of Design UI submodules in the global sidebar index.

🎯 Why: Standardize the repository into a machine-readable knowledge base by enforcing strict documentation protocols. Enforces visual scannability and structural templates across UI concepts, fulfilling the role constraints of the Visual & Structural Architect, Content Strategist, and Nexus Optimizer.

✅ Verification: Verified syntax (node -c vibe-check-runner.js) and fidelity standard (python3 commit_verify.py). Code reviewed and pre-commit checks completed.
