Seeking relies on a postgres database via docker. More details can be found in the /docker-compose.yml file.
Make sure the seeking-db service is running (see prerequisites), and run the following command:
./create-backup.sh
Backups files are saved into the /db/backups folder.
TODO: requires to handle alembic upgrades too, backup functionality is there "just in case".
