Add text that says that time is required for any datetime fields #174
There was some confusion as to why date input wasn't being accepted, but wasn't throwing a specific error. It was discovered that the time portion wasn't being added, and that this was the problem. So add text "Field requires both date and time" for any field that takes datetime input.
