Banning casting, banning type assertions

Apparently you can't even ban casting like foo as unknown as Bar in biome

I want a linting rule to ban all as-assertions, like ESLint can with assertionStyle: never

What's the specific eslint rule?

Also, you could easily write a grit plugin to enforce this.
