When using transform, the UI gets smaller

whenever I open the transform menu, the screen zooms out

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to transform/select
2. Go to transform menu
3. UI zooms out

I was expecting the UI to stay the same size.

• Device: Chromebook
• OS: ChromeOS
• Browser: Chrome
• App version: 0.10.1.6
