Repository guidance was scattered across overlapping pages. This change makes
docs/README.mdthe linked map for architecture, deployment and recovery, persistent state, and document ownership. It keeps detailed contracts in their owning guides and source files, trims duplicated instructions, and adds return links.Validation: changed Markdown lint, local paths and heading anchors, documentation reachability, Spec Kit validation, and normal Git hooks.
A separate local self-review covered the documentation contracts and generation/test changes where applicable; incremental publication scans passed. No version bump or standalone release is needed.
