style(tests): ruff-format test_docs_evidence_index.py (CI lint on main)

The lint job on bdc310b failed on `ruff format --check`: one constant in
tests/unit/test_docs_evidence_index.py had been wrapped by hand in 21105dc.
Formatting only; 165 tests in the file still pass, ruff check is clean on
the CI paths.
