* chore(deps): re-lock the schemathesis bump with the pinned uv

Dependabot left the old ==4.24.0 requires-dist specifier in uv.lock, so
the pinned uv 0.8.23 lock-check failed. Regenerated with that exact uv:
schemathesis metadata now matches pyproject and jsonschema-rs follows to
0.50.1. requirements-docker.lock is unchanged by re-export.

* fix(deps): constrain jsonschema-rs below 0.50 for schemathesis

schemathesis 4.24.x declares jsonschema-rs>=0.49.0 but calls
CanonicalSchema.is_satisfiable, which 0.50.0 removed; tests/contract
failed with AttributeError on the resolved 0.50.1. A uv
constraint-dependency holds the transitive resolution at 0.49.x
(0.49.9, method verified present) until schemathesis fixes its range.
