docs: add dsh-talk to the author showcase

作者自荐：dsh-talk（作者 @PerryLink 本人提交，仅此一个仓库）。

自荐说明：解决「DSH 会话缺少语音交互闭环」的问题：作曲器麦克风按钮 + 浏览器/本地语音转写（Web Speech、FunASR、whisper.cpp），speak 工具朗读回复（browser、edge-tts、piper），事件播报带静音开关，说话打断。适合想要对着 DSH 说话、让它朗读回复的用户。

Self-recommendation: dsh-talk adds a voice-first session loop to DeepSeek Harness — a composer microphone button with browser/local speech-to-text (Web Speech, FunASR, whisper.cpp), a speak tool for text-to-speech replies (browser, edge-tts, piper), event announcements with mute, and speak-to-interrupt.

改动：

• SHOWCASE.md「作者自荐」与「Author showcase」末尾各追加一行（中英对应），两区各满 30 条上限，按 FIFO 各移除最旧一条（dsh-vision-proxy）。
• 两个 README 首页自荐预览区同步为列表末尾最近 10 条。
• 本地自检 node scripts/validate-curated.mjs 通过（30 showcase repositories checked against the GitHub API，含本仓库公开 + dsh-plugin topic 核验）。
